thanks hun, i tried to make it yesterday minus the paprika and framage frais. jeeezz it was horrible. gunna try again with them ingredients! x

im sure its jelly,heres a nice easy syn free one,chick peas drained and placed in a blender with lemon juice,garlic and paprika allblended together then add fromage frais and blend again,serve with crudites all free on green.hth x

im jo and am new to this thread. started slimming world again  on monday weighing in at 11 stone 3lb. Have just re  registed for online support unsure of the pword, are they all the same?. Any body know of a houmus recipe coz im an addict!!
