Hi ladies, I started the Atkins yesterday ............

I did this diet after having my first ds almost 6 years ago and I lost 2 stone,

my lo is 9 weeks now and I feel soooooooooooooooo fat its unreal, I need to lose 2 stone and currently weighing in at 11st 9lb - yes I know fat cow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So if there is anyone out there who has just started the Atkins and needs a diet buddy, please get in touch, also if there is anyone out there who is doing the Atkins and can give me some tips they would be much appreciated.
