    well done on the weightloss but looking at ur diet it dosen't seem like ur eating enough food. Ive done both a lowcarb and the atkins and i know you can eat alot more food than that and still lose weight. Just 2 slices of bacon for breakfast would leave me with the shakes with an hour. On the low carb you can eat as much meat as you want but it has to be lean and not cooked in oil. Peanuts are low carb but very high fat. Plus you dont seem to be including fruit in ur diet, any berry type fruit is the best but bananas are not good. Have sweeteners instead of sugar to. hth lisa

    also peanuts are low carb and lots of other nuts so you can nibble on them

    if you like cheese try that nibble on it or down a glass of water that soon fills you up, hth

    Wow! that is an amazing amount in one week!  Take it steady though won't you, if it come soff slowly it's mor elikely to stay off.  But well done you!  How do you avoid cravings?  I love biscuits and cake, especially in the cold weather - any tips??

    i feel good thanks although i dont look like i have lost any weight well at least i dont think i do and i still cant fit in  my jean but i will carry on and hopefully soon i will.

    breakfast - 2 slices of bacon.

    lunch - few cubes of cheese, a few mushrooms , slice of ham a stick of peperoni.

    dinner - 2 pork chops garlic mushrooms and cheese.

    start weight - 18stone 7lbs

    week 2 - 17stone 9lbs

     

    breakfast

    a boiled egg and a few slices of bacon a small coffee with 2 sugars (naughty) and a litle milk

    lunch

    a cube of cheese some lettuce and a slice of bacon and a glass of water

    dinner

    2 small pieces of smoked haddock with letuce and a few mushrooms with a glass of water

    snacks

    cubes of cheese ,an apple, lots of water

    excersise

    20 mins on cross trainer and 40 sit ups

    hiya just thought i woul try and keep track of everything i am doing on here then if anyone wants to join in they can.

    i will add my weight and what i have eaten so i can keep track and try to be good.
