hi, i started ww 2 weeks ago and had a great loss of 6 1/2lbs, but i think iv'e put some back on
i'm sticking to my points even have some left at the end of the day. don't know what to do if i've put it on i know i just stop doing it.



Hi I have been doing ww since June 06 and got to goal in Dec 06.
You may be surprised at your weigh in as a lot of people are.
I would recommend using all of your points though, you are only supose to save 4 a day but then use them up.
