    Hi everyone,

    Thanks Helen for another good job with the list & well done Mummy84 for being slimmer of the week .

    Well yesterday we went & booked our holiday for next year & we are going to turkey so I have no choice now but to try &  maintain my weight I just hope I can so far so good for me but it is still early days yet.

    Hope you are all having a fab weekend regardless of the crap weather we are having.

    Hi everyone.  Thanks for the list Helen. Slimmer of the week, yea! I lost that much so quickly cause it was extra weight that I had put on(if you know what I mean)! Basically I went off track big time for nearly 2 weeks which resulted in me putting on half a stone! So with a week of me being good again it nearly all came back off! Hope everyone is ok. I'm off to bed soon I think.

    Well I have joined a gym today, I am determined to get this stone back off. At the moment nothing is working.

    I am going to try and go 3 times a week

    A huge thankyou to helen for doing a fantastic job on the list. And well done to mummy 84 for a 6lb loss, how did you do it? I am determined i am going to have a loss next week and definately in need of a loss.

    Not up to much today and have loads of washing to catch up on. The weather is really wet so dont feel much like going out today.

    Well done everyone on their losses and a huge congratulations to Fayelou - you must be so chuffed hon.

    Just a quickie from me - I didn't weigh in today as I had to be up and madly busy as had to look after a friend's ds at last minute - but I did weigh myself yesterday and I sts this week. With a bunch of other stuff going on at the moment I can live with sts. Unfortunately it seems that for me all this is as much about not gaining more as about trying to lose. I will get there one day but am hanging on in there in the meantime.

    Its all birthdays, my ds was 4 yesterday and had his first new nursery visit. He starts properly next wednesday.I am going to take him shopping now to spend his birthday money.

    Hi everyone, have had a reasonable week in that i havn't gained anymore but unfortunately didn't lose the 2lb i gained last week!  So i am still 9st 4lb.  We go to Devon week Sat so i must be good this week & shift a couple of 1bs before we go so i can enjoy a cream tea or two!!!  Hope you all have a lovely weekendxxxx

    Just got in from the night drive on the pass plus so just posting to say congrats to fayelou and that i have gained 1.5lbs this week but hopefully will loose that next week with the school run starting again x

    Hi Julie glad your dd had a lovely day, one of my little girls is 2 at the end of November, like you say a little indulgence is allowed on special occassions. I must admit since I've put a stone back on I am struggling to shift it, it definitely doesn't get easier.

    Well done on maintaining though, I think thats just as big of an acheivement as losing , Take care xx

    Weighed in today and STS. Please someone give me a boot up the backside please as this last stone is gonna be really hard to shift. Mind you pizza hut for tea and birthday cake doesn't help, DD was 2 today so thats a good enough excuse for me.

    Fayelou - woohoo -that brilliant!! Well done and congratulations.

    Helen, hope your DD has a lovely day on saturday and a piece of cake is allowed

    Zoe, just read what you put about the wii fit, curious about this myself as was thinking about getting one myself.

    Hi all, first of all im going to start on a good note, I have been voted our groups woman of the year 2008!! woo hoo,, I got my photo taken and its going in our local paper got a lovely paper weight with woman of the year 2008 engraved on it and a sash saying the same through to the next round now and a lovely meal at slimming worlds head office in Nottingham. If i win can win around £5,000 so ive been told but i won it for our group out of 50 woman so i feel like ive already won it all, feel like my efforts are worth it today,

    Saying that heres comes the bad bit ive put on 2lb so because i would the award this week ill have that off this week, i cant win that then gain the following week so doing my step ups, bike and trampoline tonight lol, my brother is getting ,married saturday so that'll be my only bad day so fingers crossed for a brilliant weight loss.

    Hi Zoe, I know exactly what you mean about the step on wii fit, I sometimes do 30 minutes free step whilst watching the TV but wonder if it's doing any good, I'm sure I'd be able to tell more though if I got the eating under control first lol. We've got dd2's birthday on Saturday and there's bound to be chocolate cake, looks like my goal of losing some weight before we go away at the end of September has failed miserably . Well done to you for getting the motivation back and heading towards your goal so quickly, keep up all of that hard work xx

    Well its a bit quiet in here this week, We need Lanie back with her pma! So how is everyone doing so far this week? I have done ok food wise  and been using the wii fit a couple of times, my whole body is aching now though! Do any of you do the step aerobics on it? I find it really slow and was wondering if anyone had lost any weight through it? It doesnt seem to get you into a sweat or anything so I was thinking it might be a waste of time doing it. Anyway, good luck to those yet to weigh-in, lets have a big group loss tomorrow on the list!  x

    Hi Ladies just come on here to say hi to everyone thinking of you all lately cause im trying to be really good, got my wi tomorrow first time in 3 weeks been to boots though to wi so hopefully will get right results and will show a loss.     Hello,

    Sorry I haven't been on here for ages, I slipped off the diet for a bit as well. I had my step daughter staying at the beginning of the holidays which I was dreading but turned out OK and I've just been trying to get back on top of things with DH working such long hours and coming home really stroppy it's been a hard few weeks and I've been shattered. However, things are starting to calm down a bit now, DH is working all night tonight so thought I'd grab a chance to get on the computer.

    I picked up my diet again a couple of weeks back after giving myself a harsh talking to for going back to eating lots of chocolate and crisps etc in between meals. Thankfully I didn't gain any weight (probably because I have been walking the dog a lot to get some time out of my hectic house) but I didn't loose either Anyway I have kept up the dog walking as he is loosing weight with it as well and got back on track.

    Went to my weigh in last wednesday and had lost 4lb. I went again tonight and have lost another 1lb. So I had a starting weight of 12st 1lb and I'm now 10st 6lb so am definitely going in the right direction. I'm now officially ttc as well so will be hoping to keep up with the sw once I fall preg.

    I hope everyone else is doing well. Good luck to all of those who still have a wi this week and well done to all those who have lost.
