Hi all, sorry to hear so many gorgeous puddings are suffering with excema. My little girl had it as a baby particuarly on the face - creams didint work. My dad pretty much forced me to to put her on goats milk. When u read the backs of the bottles they make it seem like some kind of magic milk n i jus thought yea rite! BUT ..... it worked it cleared her up completely. Never had a patch of it since and now back on cows milk. I hope that this may help some of ur bubs. IT tastes yummy too! My health visitor was sayin no dont do it she is too young. I went with my dads advice that babies hav been bought up on it from birth. Glad i did. Good luck x

Mycuteangel - we use a cream by maples street organics called baby shea its natural and organic and works really well. It got rid of our first's eczema after using all sorts of prescribed stuff including some different steroid creams so we used baby shea immediately on our second and the eczema that was starting went away and hasn't returned. My first's who really had it quite badly also hasn't had any more bouts of it. You can get it on www.maplesstreetorganics.com.

Both of my children had the BCG and I don't think it contributed in anyway to their eczema. My first had eczema already and my second had what looked like the start of eczema but we nipped that in the bud immediately because we knew how to treat it.
I know many more people whose children have had the BCG but have never heard anyone complaining that it caused or contributed to eczema.

bcg is the jab they used to give you in school its to stop you catching tuberculosis which is a lung disease but they are now giving the jab to babies in london -where i have just moved from- due to the amount of immegrants that now live in london that are carriers as it can be caught if someone was to cough near you. My baby girl was given some cream called elocon which seems to have done the trick as she has been ezcema free for over a week now, nothing else has worked so far! but both my old doc and new doc where i have moved to think the bcg was the cause of this constant flare up, was just interested to know if anyone else has experienced the same thing.

Thanks for everyones advice, my Doctor gave me Elocon cream a few weeks ago and it has completely cleared up and gone, you can only use it for 5 days,i would recomend this to everyone, I couldnt believe my eyes and its so nice to see her not scratching now.
