HI, my dd2 got chickenpox at 8months, dd1 was 28months but didn't get it!!! DD1 also has to use steroid cream for eczema but as far as I'm aware you shouldn't use it on broken skin?!?!

My DS is using a high strength steroid cream for his eczema. His sister had just developed chicken pox and I'm assuming he will get it soon - is it OK to keep using his steroid cream or should I stick to emollients and calamine lotion (sp)? Going to phone doc in the morning but just wondered if anyone had any experience of this? He's 20 months - thanks
