tomatos!!!!she goes bright red and all her excema patches flare up.also swimming seems to be causing her to flare up at the moment which is a shame as she goes swimming every week and loves it so i'll continue with the swimming but just make sure i shower her really well as soon as we're out of the pool.

My dd is nearly 3 and her eczema started when she self weaned from the breast at 6 months. Never realised that the formula milk was the trigger. We have only just managed to get her allergy tested and it turns out she is allergic to dust mites, dogs, milk, eggs and nuts! No wonder she has never gotten rid of her eczema completely. She's now on an exclusion diet and stronger medication which seems to have helped but she is still prone to bad flare ups. Worth mentioning to the dr about allergy testing if the eczema is bad.
