We make our own baby rice by boiling rice in water for about 30 mins. We don't blend it as it is very soft anyway - but you could. My dp is chinese and this is what he had as a baby. just be careful with hygene. cool it quick and reheat thoroughly before use. We freeze portions. xxx

Most of the plain ones are milk free but you get first tastes ones which are not always milk free.
Cow & Gate do the biggest range of milk free packet foods and some savory jars. Other than that you need to look very carefully at lables even fruit ones!

The hipp one is milk free or it was a couple months back. I'm sure there's a cow and gate one thats milk free too... i got both in asda and tesco.. hth x
