Hi sorry to hear that he is still suffering, it may be that he is on too small a dose for his weight or he may have had a growth spurt as they grow quickly and may need his meds upping, or he could be teething which makes reflux a lot worse. It is strange that they are going to give you new meds without saying which ones. I would ring your pead and tell him what he is like and they may up it over the phone for you or get an appt with him/her asap. Hope you get him sorted out soon and he isn't suffering too much. my son has been on this for about 7-8 weeks it took a while to kick in but then he was miles better he gradually started to become more wingy last week now its gettiong worse again having screaming episodes again it driving me mad i am getting new meds from the doctor this week which hospital are refering cant understand why they couldnt have given me script while i was at the hospital i have been told that i have probably got another 3 days to wait before i will get the new med not even sure what they are then dont even know if there going to work ive got to give them up to a month to see if they will work  it is really hard work trying to deal with a screaming baby and a 2 year old going through the terrible twos  any one any advise on how i can get through this with out going insane plus hes sick all day long as well so thet stresses me out even more
