    so what do i do these docs one says one thing another says something else im sure they just think of the money the doc that iseen last time is useless she told me i had bites all over my dody then she gave me cream and it got worse went bk to docs in night and it was shingles how cant she tell the diffrence? shes the doc i thought it was shingles i should have made a complaint silly woman

    My son is exactly the same, once every couple of months he seems to get an ear infection and a bad one at that, I had to take him to the docs yesterday as he was in pain again, same as 2 weeks ago, he had a temp of 39 degrees too.

    I asked the doc if there was anything they could do for him as its not fair on him having all these ear infections and he said "no by the time he is 3 or 4 he should grow out of it".

    Hiya my ds was very similar and we ended up having antyibiotics 10 times, then when he was 18 months old he was referred to the hosp to the ENT team, and they presribed small dose antibiotics every day until he was 20 months when they fitted grommets under a general anasthetic and we haven't had an ear infection since, however it now seems to affect his chest and throat but hang in there and keep fighting for a speacilist, as it can be glue ear which needs treating. xxx good luck xx

    my son is now 2yrs old and altogether has had about 6 or 7 year infections a doctor told me before in so many words dnt bother bringing him back just give him calpol idiot i thought anyway he had another ear infection last week so took him to docs more antibiotics i told her i wanna see a specialist she said no need all kids have ear infections and will grow out of it true or not?  i just wanna make sure he doesnt get damaged ear drums if he keeps getting them what do i do?
