We managed to get some from Boots too (admittedly it hasn't done much for our lo) but we had to go to the pharmacy section and they had some there but not on the shelves. hth x -

I bought some in Boots today, for 100ml it was nearly £7!! I didn't know you could get it on presecription, I'll have a go! By the way, I had trouble finding it in Boots, it's with the Palmer cocoa butters & Oilatum creams.

I have also been reccomended these for a pharmasist. aparently you can get the aveeno stuff on prescription, but they dont like doing it as its expensive. just had a look on the boots websitr and they dont sell it. have been keeping an eye out but seen any wnywhere. will have to pop to my local boots and have a look.

Hi, my Ds is 21 months & has had bad ezcema since he was 4 months. we've tried everything - loads of different creams, steroids, antibiotics even homeopathy but nothing has helped. I was recently recommended trying porridge oats in his bath. I put a handful in a muslin & tied it to the bath tap & let the water run through it. The water comes out white & quite creamy. I've found this has really relieved my ds's tchiness & redness. I've also recently found a cream called Aveeno in Boots, it's made by Johnson & Johnson & is made of oats & this has been a great help in relieving his symptoms too. I really like using oats as they are both natural & cheap! Hope this helps anyone!
