Hi there, I find that olive oil works well and also aloe vera gel 99.9%- soothes the itching and is cool on their skin. hth x -

Oilatum do an oilatum scalp treatment which is supposed to be quite good and might be worth a try. Your GP should be able to prescribe it or I think you can buy it from the chemist. A little bottle lasts about six months.

there is a scalp treatment hun, my dd has got it as her scalp is bad ask ur gp and show him/her little ones scalp i did. loads luck hun x

Hi ive tried different shampoos , ketopine, emulsifying ointment, infaderm, boots sensitive scalp etc.. but the problem is not washing its treating after hair has been washed at the moment im just using his body cream (doublebase) in his hair and its helping a bit !

oh also there is a shampoo u can get of gp brown bottle if u wnt names of them let me know, makes my dd's haif softer than using johnsons baby shampoo an that supposed to be soft

Hello, my ds had eczema and really bad craddle cap all under his hair. You can try olive oil but maybe ask your doctors for ketopine or even buy some dentinox, which I know is aimed at treating craddle cap but really helped with the dry flakes on his head (you can buy this off the shelf).

my ds 19mths suffers from eczema he also has it in his scalp and forever itching his head does anyone know of an oil or cream i can use in his scalp daily im currently washing his hair once a week with infaderm shampoo.
