Heya- our routine is as follows- 1)wake up and cream all over with Dream Cream by Lush- sometimes use Jason's Best Organic Rich Therapy cream on any bad bits and face. 2) At each nappy change - cream with Dream Cream by Lush. 3) Bath time at 6.45pm- followed by olive oil all over body (not face) and on head- on top of that Dream Cream by Lush. Keep arms covered all the times and feet as she tends to pull trousers up to scratch if her feet are uncovered. We've dedcided not to use any steroid creams at all. She is on homeopathy remedies and on goat's milk. Her eczema is starting to clear- hooray! We do use Epaderm just before going swimming but not after. We found epaderm made her feel too hot and clammy and made it worse. Tried the other Dr prescribed creams, aveeno, diprobase, e45, dermol 500 etc... but none have been as good as Jason's Best Organic Rich therapy cream and Dream Cream. So that's our routine. hth x

Just wondering what your routine's were

For the past week we have been starting the day with a nice soak in the bath as were having problem's with nappy's (leaking) tried several make's!   then we apply eumovate/betnovate  cream leave to soak in for 15 mins then we apply epiderm all over Oliver's body dress him and away we go, during the day at nappy changes we reapply epiderm apply to arm's and wrist's more frequently when needed! bath again before bed then smother him in epiderm and put on his sleep suit and put him to bed around 7.30

have any of you been using the eumovate/betnovate type of creams for long period's?  my doctor just said if you need to use it will be fine I'm not sure!!
