hiya
my ds is cows milk intolerent hes nearly 1
heres a few ideas
jacket potato with cheese (fake cheese slice from holland and barret), beans, butter, tuna
same with sweet potato
sandwiches with cheeselice (again fake), chicken, ham, bit of salad, tuna, spreads.
beans/spaghetti on toast.
beans and sausages in tin.
spaghetti bol, pasta bol, meatballs and bol sauce
shepherds pie,
finger foods like waffles (birds eye dont have milk in)
chicken goujons (again birds eye dont have milk in)
fishfingers.
noodles
scrambled egg
meat with mash and veg with bit of gravy
yorkshire puddings (i make myself with rice milk)
soup with bread (if u check tins u can get quite a few flavours without milk in them)
he basically eats what we do, i make bol sauce, lasagne etc myself and use his rice milk and pure butter to add to anything rather than using cows milk in. i do same with mash, we ve got used to mash and things like that with rice milk and it tastes fine and makes it much easier than having to cook seperate meals.
hope that helps a bit.
my ds has only just recently got hang of finger foods he much prefers shepherds pie and spag bol as its mushy and hes lazy lol

Hi ya
I was wondering what to offer my lo to eat. she has got a milk allergy, so limited with food choice.
with likes of sandwiches, all she can have is fish or soya based soft cheese. Anyone got any other ideas?
i am so fed up with it now, as whatever i give her, she does not like
i tried home cooking, but she seems to prefer the jars
thx

thanks, that is a great help
i shall try some of your ideas - really appreciate your help, as feeding drives me n***
thx
