This is goin 2 be quit long but please take time to read .....When pregent with my first child we was told he had C-CAM. There is no reaser about it and i had the HV/midwife askin me what it was. I would love 2 rase awarnes and rase money to help the children suffring from it.

    Abit about C-CAM.......

A congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation (CCAM) is a cystic piece of abnormal lung tissue that does not work like normal lung tissue. It usually replaces one part (lobe) of the lung. CCAMs occur with equal frequency in both lungs. We do not know what causes one part of the lung to develop abnormally, but we know that cystic tissue involved will never function as normal lung tissue.

Bascally my sons top lobe of his left lung was growin to big 4 his body stopingthe rest his lung growin propally and his hart was gettin crushed.

When my son was 6months old he had a operation to remore the damaged lobe. I will just love to get some support and raise awaness and money.

how do i go ahead with doin this?

all help welcome and thanks verey much for takin the time to read.
