I had my second c section in 07 and once i was cleared at my 6 week check i went back to swimming, and about 3 months after started a dvd workout. I have brought the davina dvd but to be honest i wanted something more tougher for after my baby however might use it again during pregnancy if i have another!

my GP told me not to do anything apart from walk for 4 months.

Take it easy and dont rush into anything x

i want an exercise one, want something really gentle cos still sore from section - is only just over 5 weeks so going to wait another week or so until try and do any exercise - wondering with this being post natal if it tells you what is safe to do after a section - has anyone tried it?
