If i do see the doctor and he does say it could be my body getting back to normal and to wait. How long would you wait for? What about if it was something bad was wrong the longer i left it could it make it worse. I only breast fed for 8 weeks. I will talk to the doctor!

    Thanks for everyones replies.

    Hi Kirsty

    I don't think this it's anything serious.

I bf my daughter for 5 months and my period finally returned the day after her first birthday.

I bf my son for 6 1/2 months and my period returned when he was 9 months and 3 days.

It can take a while for them to return to normal, if you are really concerened speak with your gp. HTHs x

No im not on the pill. I am worried i hope nothing is wrong. I was under a lot of stress after my little one was born, i had mastitis and problems breast feeding and then i moved. I am wandering whether this might have anything to do with it. I think i will go to the doctors and get an appointment. I am just a little scared.

I had my daughter 4 and a half months ago and i bled for about 5 weeks but since then i have not had a period. I know im definetly not pregnant an have done a test to check.
