    Hi

after a lot of stressing about having a c section (first one) for my third baby, I finally had it on the 15th July planned as maddie was breech.

On the morning I got the other two kidz up early to go to the neibour who was taking them to school, we were all very quiet as i was so nervous but trying not to scare the other two, they go to a villiage school and were kept busy as they were worried bless them, we promised to phone the school as soon as she arrived.

I was booked to go in on the 15th at 7am, they showed me and hubby to apre op room, where they did bp and shaved me lol and checked details, then the aneasetist (cant

l it) came to see us and said i can be asleep or awake I thought I had to be awake so it threw me a bit, but we agreed id stay awake and if i got really distressed they would put me out.

I walked to the scan on the ward in my op gown were they checked baby was breech still, i was really hoping she had turned but no such luck, we had the whole team waiting outside to see if it was still on then we all walked down to theatre.

I sat on the edge of the table with hubby there with his scrubs on then they put a drip in and the spinal I started to go tingly and numb then they swung my legs round onto the table, attached all these monitors and bits to me and put up a screen, checked if i could feel pain i started to worry as i could feel them washing my belly but they said i would feel that but no pain or sharpness!!!

Hubby and doctor kept me talking and in no time at all they held madeline over the screen for a quick peek then she went to the midwife who checked her then gave her to hubby who held her next to me, he stared at hid daughter with such love for ages it was lovely to see.

I sent hubby out to phone the school to let our children know her name and that mum was ok.

Then we went to recovery were i held and BF her and then they checked my loss and washed me down there which wasent too embarrassing as i couldent feel it.

I paid for private room so we got wheeled down there were some family were waiting which was fine as i could no pain THEN, later when it wore off i started to hurt but they kept me topped up with morphine so it was ok.

We went in on tuesday and came home thursday night at my request but it was a bit soon as it was agony and wasent nice, our two older kidz came after school and sort of stared at her in shock lol, they are 11 and 9 years.

They had a party at school with squash and treats to celebrate in thier classes and the children made us homemade cards, was sooo sweet.

Anyway thats my mong story lol sorry its late, ive added pictures to my account.

When we came home, there were ballons all over the door and house and presents I felt a burk as I burst into tears cuz i was so happy lol.
