My last section was 22 mth ago and I still get cramps a little while after sex. Usually if I have sex at night I wake the next day with cramps. they pass soon enough and I just put it down to uterine contractions. Isnt that why sex can trigger labour, cause it causes uterine contractions...x -

for the first time since having summer and i am realy starting to ache across my belly above my scar, do you think its the sex that has taken it out of me or maybe i did to much yesterday and now my body is trying to say rest?
