hi there, you certainly have had a traumatic time and am very glad that all was well in the end - congrats on this pg too! i should imagine you are under a consultant at the hosp for this pg.  i would think they would discuss your birth plan after your 20 week scan, possibly around 26 - 28 weeks? you would be offered a c-sec as you have already had one and i would have thought that in your 3rd trimester you would have weekly midwife appt - these may be at hosp? and they would monitor you, possibly extra scans and ctgs and so on so they exactly what is happening and when best to deliver your LO.  my hosp have been good for me and delivered my LO 3 weeks early - they wanted me to get as close to 37 weeks as poss and then delivered him and i am sure your hosp will give you idea what they are hoping for and what they will do.  good luck x

about 20 month ago i had an emergency c section, i was 31 weeks and getting full on contractions got took to hospital in ambulance and waters broke just before they got there and it was all blood, i was put under general anastetic and my son was delivered,we both had to have blood tranfusion and i was in hospital for 10 days. im 19 weeks pregnant and was wondering if they will give me antha c section as i think this will b the safest thing and how early do they give them in these cases. im scared the same will happen again but this time i wont get to hospital in time as i live in rural vilage and with my son i was told if i was 20 mins later it cld have been bad news for me or my son.
