Hi girls!!!  I had an emergency section almost 6 weeks ago, and had bleeding for 4 weeks.  Two and a half weeks ago, and on and off since then, I have had what feels like ovulation pains, and period cramps...but so far, no af!  Feels so strong sometimes, it's like I'm going to come on at any minute.  Am breastfeeding though, so expect to have irregular periods!

well the leaflets about contraception all say u cant get pregnant until after day 21 after having a baby. thats the earliest point we r allowed to safely go back on the pill.... the crampy pains might b ur ovaries gettin ready to ovulate!! when we were trying for dd2 i experienced this pain every month!! could also be afterpains. hth!
