I am due at the end of the year and had 2 large fibroids removed last December. I went for an appointment with my Consultant and he suggested delivery by C-section as a precautionary measure in case the uterus wall is too weak. When I said I'd rather have a vaginal delivery, he said he would try for this.

Has anyone got any advice/knowledge of why the need for a c-section and what the consequences would be IF the uterus wall is too weak as I am now a bit concerned!!
