I can't wait!!! Only another 10 weeks..............feels like a life time! It'll be our Disneygothprincess soon!! Can't wait for that either!!

ok girls so finallly my birth story!!
went into hosp at 8 am fri 18th to be induced ro be sent away as there waqsnt enough room for me!! on the drive home tho things started to happen on their own and by 11 they were coming every 2-3 mins and lasting 30-40 secs.
had to wait til 230 fotr mw to come to mine where i was 2cmdilated butr she said as soon as my waters went she reckoned he would follow. anyway she gave me a sweep and that made contractions even worse and within 15 mins i was on my way to hospital.
by the time i got there i was in agony - got hooked up to machine and given gas and air, i was now 5cm dilated by my whole body had taken over itself and was already trying to push him out and i was trying to fight against my contractions. was given diamorphine and mw broke my waters but still in absolute aginy and monitor showed that his heart rate was dropping with every contraction so i was then told i had to have an epidural before he got stuck in there so that my body coulkdnt push.
once i had the epidural that was lovely and i couldnt feel a thing but they discovered he was back to back so they left me for a while to see if he would turn. by midnight they got me to start pushing to see if he would turn but no so i got taken to theatre and given an epidural that numbed me from the neck down and they used the ventouse to turn him but it wasnt strong enough to pull him out. so the surgeon said she would try me once with the forceps and if i was good at pushing then ok but if not it would be a csec. luckily i pushed my hrdest altho i couldnt feel it and within 3 contractions he was out!!
had to spend week up in special care cos he got jaundice quite bad, but here we are safely at home at last and he is doing well!!
born 7lb 5 and on mon weighed 7lb 15!!
hop i havent scared any of you, but i would do that all again to have him here and i think if he hadnt been back to back i would have coped with the pain.

Becky text yesterday, Zak came off the jaudice machine and she was waiting on his antibiotics results and hopefully they will be on their way home soon!! xxx
