Hmm, im not entirely sure but from my understanding maintence payments are taken into account for benefits etc... and you should get the full amounts.....i hope so anyway!!!!!!

I have just started self employed work & am in receipt of child & working tax credits. My ex has received a form from the CSA re. maintenance payments. What I would like to knowis, would I get the money or would (as with Income Support) HMRC deduct most of it? If I won't really get it what would happen if he ignored the form? We have a dd & another 1 DID (he buys my daughter clothes etc & gives her pocket money at the mo which suits me).
