Exactly,Theyve missed out too much Dobby as it is, they always give his stuff to neville, which i find gutting, I sat in the pixtures with dp saying this is crap - in the book Dobby tells harry about ROR and he moans because i get huffy because its Dobby time,lol.
Ah, but if they dont go to Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes then how do they follow him to Borgin & Burkes for harry to kick off his little Malfoys up to something rampage? huh,huh???
And yes as much as I love ron, I do think Birds shooting at his head from a crazed Hermione would be good viewing! haha.
They need to start on about Spew aswell as it is Elfish welfare that does lead to thier kiss in DH,lol. -

This is where I worry - if we get Kreacher and Dobby in HBP then fantastic, but if we don't get to see Dobby in HBP I very much fear we won't get to see him in DH as the people who only watch the films will just not understand why Harry is broken hearted (along with half the cinema audience) when Dobby *sob* dies.
I too want to see the shop, but I am going to guess they are going to cut out absolutely everything and anything that is not directly related to either the revelation of Horcruxes or the 'mystery' of the Half Blood Prince. Oh, but I guess that Draco will have a fair whack of screen time after all Harry spends half the book obsessing over him.
I hope they show it when Hermione sends a shed load of birds at Ron's head - but what is the betting they change the spell and she does something different in that scene.

Plus i wanna see the shop! and why leave them out of one film because they cant be leaving them out of the last... nu uh!
They have to have lots of Kreacher and Dobby.

Well they have definitely cast somebody to play Romilda Vane - so I guess there is a fair chance that those Love Potion Cauldrons will be in there (which means we ought to see Ron get poisoned....)
They have two boys playing Tom Riddle - one as you say is Fiennes nephew and then they have somebody else to play him as a teenager.
I cannot believe they are going to cut out Fred & George - how can they!!! I know they don't have the biggest role to play plotwise in HBP BUT for the movie only public surely Fred & George need to be kept forefront in their minds - or how will they sufficiently grieve for Fred in DH???

I think they should so as much as they can of the pensieve memories, i know they will be showing the one of young tom riddle as Ralph feinnes nephew will be playing him.
I think they should definately be showing malfoy crying. pmsl.

Well I have had a quick read through this thread - not much has been going on here since I departed *tut*.
SO.
We all know that November 21st is the scheduled release date for HBP, so we are only a short time away from teaser trailers and snippets of fabby info to tantalise our souls.
What just HAS to be in HBP? What can be omitted without too much damage to the plot line?
Do you think they will show all the pensieve memories?
Are Fred & George going to be in the film? (I can't find them in the cast list!) - will U-NO-POO feature?

I hope it is, its will be impossible to fit all the vital details into a 2/3 hour film, and that just wouldnt do the book much justice.

The last installment in the Harry Potter movie franchise may be released in two parts - because one edit of Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows could leave out too much information about the boy wizard's final adventures. Rowling, fans of the movies will be given an extra treat with a double dose of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Yet again we have to start a new thread. I hope this is the last time. The original from the old forums is in Debates but thought it best to carry on from whwere we left off. At least the May threads are still accessible but I intend to save just in case.
