hey denise, the weathers lovely here too but sounds like im doing pretty much the same as you are. dp has had to go into work today so cant go very far on my own really.
will be going doing the weekly shop at asda when he gets back! woohoo!

yep i am good. MIL just picked leon up she is having him til 6pm she is taking him to dp's cousins lo's 1st birthday (following that ok lol)
so have can have a nice quite day of......cleaning and washing yeah!!! dp is at work so could have a walk into town by myself but cant go anywhere else til he gets home.

Well i found out last week. Only got the chance to tell my ex today. I was in bits when i found out. My dad had it you see, he ended up having a transplant. Then he eventually died of heart disease, which was mostly down to the Kidney disease. Usually people don't get it til they're quite old so its strange that i have it. i discovered that most people that have it don't get to stage 5 cuz they usually die from Cardiovascualr disease.
But i'm fine now and thats what counts.

No drinking, no salt. Eat healthily, the usual jazz. Also i've started drinking anti toxidants like greentea and i drink cranberry juice.

oh my god....so what do you have to not do? if that makes sense. do you have to stop certain foods, alcohol, smoking etc (if you do)

Hmm yea it was a turn up for the books! I knew i had a problem and been trying to get to the bottom of it for years. Its at stage 2 now. There are 5 stages. Stage 5 is fatal. So i'm not too bad if i take care of it.

Nope, boring stuff this morn, then a friends this afternoon. The the ex came round to see that lads and i told him i've got Kidney disease. No fun here. You guys had fun?
