Yes, he's out lmao when he was trying to act all 'cool' for the waiting press then realised his manager hadn't turned up! lol! What a waste of space he is.

Can't believe they're letting him out early.  Would love to see a regular non-famous person saying to the prison guard "here mate, I have a job I'm supposed to be starting in a few weeks, can you get them to knock half my sentence off please?" 

It looks like he will be released on tuesday after sereving just 29 days of his 14 week sentence. So he can perform at Glastonbury Festival. I personnally think this is bang out of order. He should do the whole sentence to the day not be let go so he can earn money.

he will be out in a couple of months good behaviour he will be before u no it !! its always the same but i hope he gets a good kicking inside but he will prob supply the prison with drugs anyway so wil be some form of role model in theere ...

I think he's vile and agree with all but the last poster. it's about time he does the time. What a loser. And what has he done musically / talent-wise recently???? NOTHING! I think they were too soft on him giving him 14 months. He'll probably be back in soon enough anyway....

i hope he gets out!!!!! its crazy the way the press have ganged up on pete while amy winehouse does what she ants and the press dont blame her, oh no its not amys fault it must be her bad husband blake (whos been i prision for ages) she does it to herself.......and what about naomi campbell hitting that t5 person she should be locked up but no that slowly gets forgot about so leave pete alone!

He needs putting away for a lot longer than 14 weeks that IF he does the whole sentence he could be out in 7 weeks also he can appeal the sentence which apparently he is

I agree he will be a good in prison and they will let him out on good behaviour after 2 months i bet. What a waster he is.....

My dh works with Petes uncle and even he says its about time he was put away.

I'm glad he's finally going to jail but I think, after his laundry list of felonies, 14 weeks is a bit of a joke to be honest.  I think it should have been much more.

Hurrah!  So there is a judge out there who has common sense at last!!  Let's hope he learns his lesson - although it's doubtful.  One a few thousand more druggie celebs to round up now

Im getting sick to death of celebs getting away with serious crimes scott free. I know some of you won't consider his crimes serious, but drugs kill... and whether he likes it or not, hes a role model to others. 

How doherty has escaped prision on some many other occasions is beyond me!
