Just read on itv teletext that the skank is having a breast reduction on its being filmed for her new show "whole again" on mtv............sorry but changed my mind about her she deserves everything she gets she is a tit! x

well to be honest its probably all a ploy anyway...as if she hasnt got the money to pay the bill. My guess is that by going public with the bankruptcy story she'll make a whole new heap of money and be better off - I do not beleive for one minute she couldnt afford to pay it, like someone else said anyone with half a bit of brain would have started selling the cars, jewllery, etc to get the money together. Also,I bet that everything would have been transferred into Marks name way before the hearing. The bankruptcy is against Kerry not Mark so if the item isnt in her name they cant touch it. I know this from when my dad went Brupt....dad changed everything into mums name so we didnt loose anything.

Just wish she would see what a p"&!ck Mark is and get rid......Hes got such a slimy look about him, makes me wanna be sick - not saying she is perfect but all this stems since she met him x

What I dont understand is why didnt she sell the cars, motorbikes etc before it got to bankruptcy!!!  How silly especially considering she has children she needs to support.

I don't think she will be on the bread line somehow - firstly he gets half of her earnings so they prob still have a pot of money and assets in his name.

Secondly she will rake in a heap of cash selling her bankrupcy story to every mag going and doing TV appearances too .....

Guess I am just a synic but as a general rule I don't think someone with Max Clifford on their side ends up in this situation by surprise.

There will no doubt be a new reality tv show starting soon of her and her woes and hey, she'll always be able to affordt to shop at Iceland!

It depends on the circumstances.  Every case is different and it would depend on the judge as well.

It has been made public and it will appear on the Insolvency Register soon I would think.

Well a mate of mine was made bankrupt and everything went car house the lot and considering how many cars etc those 2 have been buying they should be taken away kids or not. I don't mind Kerry tbh and I do feel sorry for her but its happening to normal people day in day out at the min and they don't have the luxury that she has and in the long run might make her tone it down a bit and give her the kick up the arse she so desperatly needs you know? Xx

You don't have to sell all assets.  They can make you sell luxury items like TV, furniture etc if they are expensive items when a cheaper alternative could do the same job.  The court can also force the sale of your property typically after 12 months if the debts have not been repaid.  However the court, in a lot of cases would try to not enforce this if it was a familty with children involved.

I think you have to sell all assets when made bankrupt tbh its an awful thing to happen but maybe will teach her and him not buy cars etc when they don't need them! X

Who knows, it's anyone's guess.  Now she wont have the choice and will be forced to sell her assets.  Hopefully she wont be forced to sell her home.  Silly woman.

So she has been declared bankrupt cause she couldnt pay the remainder of her tax bill.  Why didnt she just sell of the car and motorbikes that she has bought!!!
