HI I HAVE DRY BRITTLE HAIR AND HAVE USED JOHN FRIEDA SHEER BLONDE FOR THE PAST 4YEARS AND IT IS THE BEST THING I HAVE EVER USED (EVEN THOUGH I AM NO LONGER BLONDE) I STILL USE IT, ITS GREAT AND BELIEVE ME I HAVE TRIED ALMOST EVERYTHING AND IT HAS COST ME A FORTUNE, IT REALLY TAMES YOUR HAIR AND KEEPS IT REALLY SHINY AND MY HAIR NO LONGER FALLS OUT LIKE IT USED TOO. ;-) XX

also thought of another one! my mum looked like a scarcrow with her hair as she used a normal hairdryer i told her to get one with irons in it and to make sure it was ceramic and now she looks great also if you use streigtners make sure you use ghds as they add a lovely shine x

There are also other kerastace products on this website that might help.

There are lots of different types of Kerastase shampoos and treatments. They are absolutely excellent and totally worth the money. They are pricey but you can get a hair bath for your dry and brittle hair [pale green packaging] and it leaves your hair feeling wonderful. It lathers also with just a small amount, so it does last. You can google it or you can buy from most hairdressers.

hi hun i used to have this problem for years and as the last poster said regular cuts are important i also use  a redkin serum that provents split ends and you can buy it in most salons its in a bronzey gold bottle also now this is going to sound super weirred  but i used to visit a trycologist to improve the condition of my hair and she told me to use afro carribian products even tho i have very fine fair hair but it works it keeps the moisture in your hair and makes the condition of your hair a million times better and everyone coments if ive used it there are alot of afro carribian shampoos and conditioners out here but i use dark and beautiful from boots its in a purple tube and costs about £2.50 so a bargin hth x

i was getting this alot. and to be honest the best thing to do is to cut the hair off from the breakage. as all thats happening is its just breaking further and further up the hair shaft. it seems drastic but the sooner you get it done the better
