A nice body exfoliant cream or wash does the trick, i still get it slightly but not so much as the exfoliant smoothes the skin. 2/3 times a week in the shower or bath.
This will deffo help within a few weeks xx
body brushing helps with this! brush upwards on your arm from your elbow, and they should start to clear up, it may take a while but if you do it each day it will keep your arms clear xxx
i also have which is called Keratosis Pilaris it is a build up of protein on skin which causes little red bumps and is normally found on thighs, backs of arms and bums but unfortunately there is not much you can do about them. i use e45 cream also been on the sunbed and they seem to be alot noticeable. x

No I haven't tried that, will have to give it a go, thanks!
have you tried Aloe Vera, i use it on burns and spots, normally does the trick.

the little red pimples on the backs of my upper arms please? I've had them for ages and are unsightly when I wear short sleeves, also get them at the tops of my legs.
Any help and advis would be much appreciated, thanks ladies.

Thanks ladies, some great tips to try. Even if it looks a little bit better it would make me feel better when I wear t-shirts.
