HI, the best thing to do is file them slightly every week make sure you keep on top of it they will grow long and strong. It takes time but well worth it.

If your nails are brittle avon do a good one not too sure what it is its brittleness slover or something like that, in a blue bottle.

Nails inc do a great product called A&E, that always seems to make my nails grow really fast. Its about £8 you can wear it as a base coat too, so good!

Sally hansen nailgrowth miracle or something like that lol.  Fab stuff, comes in a gold bottle. Or theres a slightly cheaper one thats kind of pinky see through in a clear bottle, by sally hansen too. I use them both and theyre great.

I have finally stopped bitting my nails after so many years.   I like the look of a french manicure which is my treat when they have grown a bit longer.  what can i do to make them grow longer any ideas.thxs
