i would recommend electrolysis  definately dont pluck as then they grow back horrible and s***.  you could also try hair lightening cream like jolene, i use to use this and then switched to electrolysis.

i wouldn't use wax on my face, i have sensetive skin. I have my eyebrows etc threaded (I go to an asian beauty parlour) she only charges £5 for upper lip and eyebrows and that is only about once per month

If the hair is fine then I would reccommend getting the area waxed every 4 - 6 weeks or If they are quite strong (like eyebrow hair) then electrolysis would probably be your best bet this is a permanant form or hair removal and will probably be a lot cheaper than laser.

If its only a small area you may only need a 15 min electrolysis appointment every 1 - 2 months over a period of time, It may be as little as £10 for each appointment OR if you have a college near you that offers beauty therapy you could try either treatment for a very small fee and you'd be helping out the students
