Hi the best stuff I have ever used (and still do) is called Develop 10 which is a nail-hardener and does the business.  Goes on just like clear varnish and you will have nails looking fab before you know it!! (alright, possibly after a few weeks  but ykwim).  Good luck Jx

i have the same prob and i went to a beauty salon and they said my nails were dry and i was advised to wear gloves when i go out as the cold dries them out, keep your nails filed short, dont wear nail varnish all the time as it blocks air circulation, and moisturise your hands and focus on your nails and cuticles. hope this helps.

diet would help too if an existing thind! not sure what but do a google search and you'll find out! i think nuts and seeds, also jelly cubes? may be a myth the last one but my mum swore by it when we were kids!
