OMG how terrible!! It doesnt bare thinking about what could have happened if the documents had got into the wrong hands!

As most of you probably seen on pp im getting married in greece and so had to get documents translated. we sent them off and had numerous problems including them loosing our pre paid special delivery envelope. anyway got the stuff back the other day though all finished but no this morning our envelope comes through the door full of other peoples details including their birth certificate original and copies of their passport along with some cheques too! how awful we are trying to get in contact with them directly now as they only live 40 min drive so could come and pick up the documents to be safe and also will be contacting the company direct to say how awful that it is.... we could have opned bank accounts etc with those details. x
