they did the same thing to me and i phoned them back and was laughing with the girl on the phone cos they did it to her as well and she works there. you pay soo much money for that name at the end of the day they could at least get it right.

they are a nightmare..i have to ring them monday to inform them of name change..am dreading even doing that in case if they mess it up xx

I phoned them up to informthem that I am now married and my name had changed to Atkins.  So today I received the updated award and what have they put my name down as?  MISS Atkins......  I ask you, do they ever listen?  Now I've got to phone them back up again on Monday.  gggrrrrr
