Hi ladies,

Just a word of warning to anyone in Cambs thinking of using this joke of a business. They totally buggered up my wedding album (crap album, photos not put in straight, wrong photos, damaged prints - the list is endless) and it has taken since May until now to get the finished article (which I still could have done better myself).

They are totally rude, arrogant and nasty. They got ALL of our orders wrong, tried to blame us. Even tried to blame us for prints that were damaged saying we must have damged them!! Never once got an apology. They shut the door on my parents in law when they went to collect their prints and got their order wrong 3 times!!

They are based in Willingham, Cambs. Don't be fooled - they seem like a lovely couple at first but as soon as you make a complaint they are totally different people. I will never be able to look at my wedding photos without thinking about how they have ruined special memories. My album has gone straight under my bed. I don't even want to look at it it makes me so angry. PLEASE make sure you get reviews of your photographers before you pay!!
