no but it will be nice to have those things sorted. How come you have to see a registrar aswell as the priest? I thought it was one or the other depending on whether you're having a civil or church wedding?

We stayed in Perranporth, about 7/8miles from Newquay so we flitted between the two. Alex absolutely loved it, id love to live there!!
Right well this month my plans are :
Put down deposits for caterers, church, bar and maybe flowers.
Go to the registry office and book an appointment to see someone.
Book a meeting with our priest.
doesnt sound alot actually!

in FULL wedding mode now
)Less than a year now, well just lol. and im ready for anything!!

Hi, I don't know anything about religious ceremonies so better check with your priest about the formalities but the way I understood it was Banns were put up in the church to let everyone know you were getting married incase they want to object and paying £60 at the registry office is to "give notice" which is the same thing as banns but they put a notice up in the office to let everyone know you are getting married. So you do one or the other depending on whether it's church/civil. But don't quote me on this lol!
