I have booked a wedding venue but there seems to have been a bit of a mix up with the dates so just waiting to confirm they havent double booked.  Need to start getting organised now.

I would suggest you book a venue asap as most get booked up early.  You will then need to give your notice of marriage - when you do that you have to say where you are getting married.

I booked my flowers, transport etc about 9 months ago and I get married in Nov.  I know some of the others on here have done it closer to the wedding days but I am far to much of a planner!
