Thanks for all your well wishes, it went really well I am buzzing with a positive experience but am happy to say I had a lovely sonographer and she got me some beautifully clear photos of the baby and took her time and explained things and baby is healthy and active and I am just pleased I enjoyed the experience!

Awww bless ya! I think we all got nervous at the 20week scan its only natural. I'm sure everything will be fine. Lots and luck and let us know how it goes.

Oh Sadie goodluck for today!!!!!! everything will be fine,i am soooo very jealous!!!!! but then again i am sat up at 2.30am with a one year old ho doesnt need to sleep!!!! so its like having a newborn allover again,am i mad to want to do it all over again????????

Good luck to you at your scan in the near future!
I think you will be just fine hunni, and these sonogropher ppl have magic eyes - can see what we cannot!
Just a shame they couldn't explain a bit more to you at your dating scan!
Some people don't get that early scan and some don't get the 20 week scan either.
Make sure you prepare any questions you have and want answered, then ask every single one of them, and dont feel a burden! You are entitled to this!
Good luck hun, will be thinking of you (and how lucky you are to be 20 + weeks as I'm only 8 weeks!)

I have my 20 wk scan tomorrow, well today in 11 hrs time roughly not that I am counting or anything, but I am nervous and really just worried that things will be OK!
I am no spring chicken anymore (will be 38 when bubs is born in april)and just haven't felt pregnant much at all, only past few days, seem to of grown quite rapidly, so looking pregnant and not just fatter
Its silly, but at my 12 wk scan the picture wasn't clear at all and its hard to describe, but I didn't really see any arms or legs, you probably think I sound weird
but its something that has been playing on my mind, it was such a quick scan they were running an hour late due to staff illness's etc
Well all will be revealed by tomorrow afternoon hopefully, I also have not known if I would choose to know the sex this time, last time I wanted to know then was devastated that I didn't get to find out for 24hrs I cried it was such a negative experience then loved looking forward to the surprise in the end, so am mixed views
Oh well, best try to get some sleep, but not feeling tired, bit too nervous maybe. Roll on tomorrow at 11:30
