I'm going to start writing them out next week, then start handing them out and posting to people on the 1st december. I usually end up throwing half of them away because I just don't see people before christmas but I am determind to actually post them this year - besides Emily loves posting letters and pretending she's a postlady

when do you start?
I will pop mine in the post box around the 1st December too. I have been buying a book or 12 2nd class stamps each week in the post office when I pay my bills for a few weeks now so that it will not seem like a big expence.
