Do you mean for when you're doing free step?

If so it depends on how your tv etc is set up.  We have the wii connected tot he tv via scart and so is the sky so I press the AV button on the remote til the tv comes on.  If I'm flicking over to the freeview built into the tv I press a button on the remote can't think what it says but its how I get the freeview to come on normally.  I don't watch tv without freeview or sky.  HTH

Anyone know how on earth i can change channels on the wii fit whilst working out?? i havent got a clue????
