hiya i had my ds 15 months ago and i had a front prolapsewent to docs and was told to do pelvic floors no improvememnt withing 6 months got to ld to come back and see what they can do

got pregnant  6months later and am now 33 weeks went to the docs as i now have bulging coming out it was confirmed i now have a front and back prolapse

cant have sex as it leaves me to sore,i feel like my front wall is acheing all the time when i sit on the loo is the worst

i was told nothing they can do as the damage is done and just exspect it to get alot worse and its very unfortanate to happen to someone of my age im 22 and after having my 1st child

she just said i have to accept that i will need surgery later in life and they will have a look at me after delivery

go to the docs though as she will be able to check if you are doing your pelvic floors properly ,i was doing them but she said i wasnt very good and taught me the right way

jumped from older mums to be  .Read with interest the messages couldnt believe anybody could be suffering as much as  i am .Currently 17+5 and still sufferring from slight uterine prolapse .1 Gynaecologist ,3 Midwives ,my GP and every book and piece of info i could find all say its not dangerous to the pregnancy ,but i only need to be walking about for an hour or so and i feel as if everything is falling out ,if you know what i mean .Cant even go to shops to look at all the super baby things i want to buy .Hope you are right about it getting better as  the bump rises ,dont think i can cope with the awful sensation till november .Doing pelvic floor exercises every waking minute   ,even woke up to go to the loo last night and spent the next half hour doing them !!!!!! Let me know how you get on .Moaning session over now  !!!!

Thanks guys.  It wasn't a utinary prolapse after all, but my urinary wall colapsing and falling out of me (and still does if I do anything too strenuous - like pick up my son too often).  Sorry to her about your utinary Prolapse, i've looked at everything about it as I was so worried and talked to the doctor about it and it is meant to be pulled up after the first trimester.  What a nightmare this all is.  i didn't realise so many things could go wrong down there.  It's the most horrible thing having to shuv everything back to where is should be have to lie down for hours doing pevic floor exercises and hope that I'll have a day that I don't feel like my body is falling apart.  I was really calm during my first pregnancy, but i worry about one thing after another with this one.

I can't stop crying.  Just realised that I have uterine prolapse and feels like my insides are falling through my body - which they are.  Have made the stupid mistake of looking on the internet which says they can't do anything while pregnant.  Got a letter 1/2 hour ago saying i have a urine infection.  don't want my son to see me in this state when he wakes up.  Anyone else had this?
