I went on the trampline lots last summer and since then i havent felt right but according to my gp its not a prolaspe but a floppy vaginal wall, sorry going off the subject there, i read somewhere that you shouldnt do sit ups with weak floor muscles so guessing its the same for people with prolaspe, if you want to be really sure , i think it would be best to ask your gp. sorry i wasnt much help.

I really would like to start running (cos I did promise myself to run the Race for Life next year) but I have uterine prolapse that can be corrected accoriding to my GP with LOTS of PF exercises. The prolapse itself isn't that bad - she said no surgery is required but as I'd like to start running I know this things might pop out of me again like it did when I had a boing on my DD's trampoline............
Anyone else doing any kind of exercises?

I had partial cervical prolapse after baby no/3 6 years ago.
I got some physio after - not much help as the electro thing made me feel sick but i did do lots of PF exercises and worked very hard in the gym, floor work, sit-ups (no one told me not to) and running. My PF muscles seemed to go back to shape and i had no further trouble from the cervical prolapse.
I am now unexpectedly pregnant again and in pain and panic about my PFM and the rest of my undercarriage. I am 35 wks and cant feel my bladder and cant empty my bowels properly. - am so worried. Doc is a bit dismissive and told me to keep up the PF exercises.
I would do as much exercise as you can, the floor work is probably best to start with.
Good luck!
