hiya
i have ibs and sometimes it really gets me down. I can eat a really plain diet and then end up poorly being sick, diarrhoea and cramps all night.

I have had it for about 11 years and some days i can get out of the house, but i have found the more stressed you are about it the worse it gets. so try to not stress about it, if it is that bad go to your doctors and the can give you tablets to harden your stools up but these can not be taken when pregnant or breastfeeding. hi i also have IBS somedays i too cant go out but others im fine, mine is really touch and go, ive not long found out i have it so im trial and error with foods at the moment
