sounds normal to me.........i also had a 4th degree tear plus other complications and i find that i sometime wet my knickers. despite hundreds and thousands of pelvic floors. normallly when i laugh or cough lots like you.

AS if giving birth was undignified enough we now have to deal with this eh??

hi i had a 4th degree tear with my lo and recovered brilliantly, i done lots of pelvic floors and had no accidents. lately though have slightly wet my knickers (tmi) when i cough or laugh lots. is this normal or should i worry?
