    Hi There,

My experience was the same as Dillys. Don't worry about it - my physio was lovely and sure yours will be as well

    Good Luck

I'm not sure if it's the same everywhere but when I went the lady physio inserted a finger into vagina and she asks you to do various squeezes etc to assess how strong/weak your muscles are, it's also if she knows you are doing them right. ~She also takes a brief history of your symptoms, how many children etc. Before you leave she may well give you a chart to fill in with how much you wee (you have to measure it in a jug), how much you drink, what you drink, what time etc to show her on your next visit. Good luck xxxxx
