    Hi there

I purchased an "athena" a few months ago by clicking on to the sponsors site. I must say i have never looked back.

It was really expensive (£200ish) but it gave me all my confidence back so it was worth every penny. Plus im no longer throwing my knickers away when i sneezed / laughed in public and dont need sanitary pads every day anymore.

The electric pulsey ones are great as you know that they are being done right.

    Hope this helps

Hi, can anyone recommend a pelvic floor exercise 'machine'.  I'm suffering from stress incontinence and understand that one of these might help me.  There seem to be several different ones on the market so I wondered if anyone had any comments on what they have been using.  Thanks - Kx
