hi sorry about the late reply i have spoken to my mw and she has told me that i sholud make sure i do my pelvic floors ita abit late now im half way. she is useless.

Hi I seem to have the same problem- am only 14 weeks and woke up last night to find I had wet the bed- very embarrasing. I don't know if this is common? Hope it doesn't happen again.

hi just wondering if anybody else is suffering from bladder weakness at night? i have woken up a couple of times and i appear to have passed a small amount of urine in my sleep. im doing my pelvic floors. can any body advise me im quiet embarresed by it. im only 15 weeks.
