Rest Assured that you are not alone on this one!!! I suffered for 18months before having macroplastique injections - as I have not yet completed my family - and although its not solved it it has made life so much easier. All I would say is go to your GP as soon as possible as treatments can take a while and waiting lists can be long. There are a number of stages to go through - referral to physio, maybe then to consultant, urodynamic tests - depends on your NHS authority and severity of your problem but the sooner you do something about it the sooner you can get it sorted
